- Venue basics (address, phone, hours, rating) come from a Google Maps export dated 16 Oct 2026. Ratings are shown as text, for example “Google rating 4.3 (3,819 reviews, Oct 2026)”.
- Policies, fees and law are checked against official sites, the Act and the gazette, and Sri Lankan news outlets. Two sources must agree.
- When sources disagree or only one exists, we write not yet confirmed and a human checks it.
- Every venue and guide page shows a last-verified date.
- We never use Google or street-view photos. Photos come from Alston’s own visits, and are never taken on casino gaming floors, where venues ban photography.
