Gambling is for adults (18+) and is not a way to make money. Set a budget before you go, never chase losses and do not gamble when upset or drinking.
Signs of a problem
You gamble more than you planned, hide it, borrow to gamble or feel anxious when you stop.

Self-exclusion and limits
Set a spending limit before you enter a casino, take regular breaks, and do not gamble to recover losses. Ask the casino about self-exclusion. We have not confirmed a formal national self-exclusion scheme for Sri Lanka.
